New: agent-overview.md — team checklist maintained by Agent Trainer. ScrumMaster: impediment removal as #1 priority, dynamic pane discovery, layout adaptation, servant-leader role. SM Loop now includes step 3: check session/wakeups/ for overdue entries, reboot dead agents. Added as 5th CMM4 intelligence check. - boot-curated.md: Added "NOW RUN THIS IMMEDIATELY: scrumMaster cycle projectTeam 60" at end. Fixed binary velocity thresholds to CMM4 proportional response (projected exhaustion time). - boot-minimal.md: Added same auto-execution instruction at end. - SM SKILL.md: Added wakeup check as Loop step 3 + 5th CMM4 check. - Verified orchestrator FIRST 3 ACTIONS #1 includes SM alive check with boot-curated.md reboot.
