Lost hours to find out all the weird behaviors I was having with my dev server were due to this issue. I switched to vite-plugin-simple-html for that particular reason. |

this pr only fix the problem that could not access static files via url directly which in Single app mode, NOT Multi Page App.
Only for reference of temporary repair.
