I am submitting

  • a new package
  • an update for a package

Description: Collection of screen sizes for tablets. Useful when creating documents for non standard sized devices.

I have read and followed the submission guidelines and, in particular, I

  • selected a name that isn't the most obvious or canonical name for what the package does
  • added a typst.toml file with all required keys
  • added a README.md with documentation for my package
  • have chosen a license and added a LICENSE file or linked one in my README.md
  • tested my package locally on my system and it worked
  • excluded PDFs or README images, if any, but not the LICENSE
  • ensured that my package is licensed such that users can use and distribute the contents of its template directory without restriction, after modifying them through normal use.

This name is a little generic and could be misinterpreted as a list of paper specifications (A4 etc.). We try to avoid too canonical, so multiple packages serving the same purpose can coexist. See our naming rules.

Thanks for the feedback. Would you think something like 'epaper-spec' would still be too generic?
I will think about some other alternatives as well.

Would appreciate feedback on the suitability of a few name suggestions:

  • "epaper-specs"
  • "tablet-specs"
  • "digital-sheets"
  • "slate-sizes"
First one which is okay I will pick :)
    Thanks!

I would say the "epaper-specs" and "tablet-specs" are too descriptive. With "digital-sheets" I'm also not quite comfortable, it's not that descriptive for this package, but I would assume it's a package for creating exercise sheets. "slate-sizes" would be more of the sort of name we want to see, you can pick this one :)
