Introduce per-category VT cache flags and use MongoDB cached VT results when enabled. Added cache_default/cache_static/cache_file/cache_dropped/cache_cape/cache_procdump settings to processing.conf.default. Updated file_extra_info.static_file_info to accept a category and forward it to vt_lookup. Extended virustotal.vt_lookup with a file_category parameter and logic to consult MongoDB (mongo_find_one) for cached VT data based on per-category or default cache settings, returning cached VT details when found and logging on errors. CAPE integration now conditionally imports vt_lookup, invokes it to refresh/populate VT info when appropriate, and passes the file category into static processing.
