• Click on Fork in top Right Corner
  
  

• Now that Repository will be added in your GitGub Repository
  

• Make some changes in one file by Opening File
  

• After opening file Click on pen icon
  
  

• After editing done click on Commit changes "Provide a sutable name.."
  

• Click on pull request below your name
  
  

• Now click on New pull request
  
  

• Next click create new pull requestion
  
  
  

Repeat Same step 4 time and check your hacktober profile
