Dashboard Server-Side Aggregation

Implemented a new dashboard GraphQL query to perform counts and aggregations on the server-side, reducing client-side processing and improving page load times.

Key changes:

• Added dashboard query to GraphQL schema.
• Implemented Dashboard resolver in Go with optimized ent queries (selecting only necessary fields to reduce memory usage).
• Updated frontend useDashboardData hook to consume the new query and removed client-side calculation logic.
• Removed legacy useQuestData and useHostData hooks.
• Added tavern/internal/www/build/ to .gitignore.
