Code for performing clustering analysis of cells in tissue. Used in the paper Differential Expression and Cell-Type Specificity of Perineuronal Nets in Hippocampus, Medial Entorhinal Cortex, and Visual Cortex Examined in the Rat and Mouse. Implements a friends-of-friends clustering algorithm.
