- Add Ruby 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and JRuby 9.4, 10.0. - Remove JRuby 9.2 since setup-ruby on Ubuntu 24.4 only provides builds for JRuby 9.4 and later. - Update actions/checkout to the latest
In Ruby 3.4, base64 is no longer part of the standard library, which was causing the following error.
