Messages are now only processed of the WebSocket when the database is unlocked.
This reverts commit 7bcff4f. This revert was necessary as some code from an old branch made it into this code, and a simple merge sucks. Conflicts: TextSecureiOS/MessagesManager/TSMessagesManager.mm TextSecureiOS/ViewControllers/Conversations/TSMessageViewController.m
The keyboard wasn't hiding when pressing return, this was causing issues on smaller screens, e.g. iPhone 4S and earlier. This has been fixed.
