What this PR does:
This PR adds ECS to the documented/printed allowed values for --app-kind in pipectl application add help output and the docs snippet.
Why we need it:
This fixes the CLI help + docs previously listed
(KUBERNETES|TERRAFORM|LAMBDA|CLOUDRUN)and omitted ECS, which was misleading (users wouldn’t know ECS is a valid option).Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
