This adds a straightforward
nimbleListfunction that returns an nClass generator with Cpublic members corresponding to the nimbleList types.It uses the functionality of
nimble::nimbleListto handle the input arguments and then manipulates the result "types" list that has "vars", "types" and "dims" to be in the format needed forCpublic.There's a basic set of tests.
