More improvements to scheduled messages

The PR implements the following:

• Clicking on clock icon in the chat room opens all the scheduled messages (normal and thread messages). Navigation to the thread is only possible by the menu "Go to thread" instead of direct click of thread scheduled messages.
• Clicking on the clock icon in the threads shows that scheduled messages of that particular thread. Navigation to the thread here is possible with a click on thread scheduled message.
• If a particular thread does not contain any scheduled messages, then the clock icon will not be shown.
