this will actually take some server-side changes as this is technically a deprecated field. back in the beta we allowed names for agents which didn't map to the dispatch name and this is a relic of that. we also don't always have the dispatch agent name since we have to get it from an agent. We can open a ticket to work on this on the platform team.

ok. got it. we had a customer request this so I thought I could add it quickly and not bother you. :) I'll close this PR and wait on the platform team issue to be done
