- Add Clangd wrapper + VSCode settings for automatic clangd support
- Infrastructure improvements:
- Fixed compile flags alignment (CMakeLists.txt, test_package),
- Fixed .clang-tidy config,
- Added .editorconfig
- Added GitHub issue and PR templates
- Fixed conanfile.py Version comparison and typo
- Added Ninja generator guard to CMake
