Summary

  • Increase dark mode border opacity from 5-6% to 10-12% for better visibility
  • Matches GitHub's subtle white border style on dark backgrounds
  • Only affects dark mode; light mode borders unchanged

Test plan

  • Verify dark mode cards and columns show visible thin white borders
  • Verify light mode borders are unchanged
  • Compare visually with GitHub dark mode for consistency

Bump dark mode border opacity from 5-6% to 10-12% to match GitHub's
dark theme aesthetic. Cards, columns, header, and dialogs all get
crisper, more visible borders.
