Inside the root directory, run npm ci to install necessary dependencies. Run with npm run start to launch the web server.
Inside the ./functions directory, run npm install to install necessary firebase dependencies. Run npm run serve to launch the Firebase emulator for local development.
Both web server and firebase emulator should be running while developing
