Thanks for working on this, I think this is a good idea. For example, my app doesn't use notification but I still require it as permission on iOS due to debug mode. |

Closing this PR in favor of #630 which provides a complete hook-based debug system instead of just removing the isInDebugMode parameter. The new approach offers much better flexibility while maintaining clean separation of concerns. |
