Fixes #5383

Creates a new ToC subsection within Security > Entity Analytics called Explore that contains the Hosts, Users, and Network pages. This satisfies an ask from product managers that the ToC reflect the way things are organized in Kibana (which has an Explore section).

- Replaced the "Explore" section with a direct link to the new "Explore" page in the advanced entity analytics documentation.
- Adjusted the hierarchy of the "hosts", "network", and "users" pages to improve organization and accessibility within the documentation.
