What this PR changes/adds
Adds a very brief summary of the catalog docs from the repo to the website.
Why it does that
Accompanied with the current edits and preparing for DSS presentations, at least a basic documentation should be visible.
Further notes
Update and extend after alignment on the overall documentation/website strategy.
