update to v5

Hi Dan,
This PR is meant to give you a head-start on compatibility with FW v5.

What I've done:

• updated the class names
• updated the "Next" button styles to imitate Media's left-aligned transcript button
• updated item padding/margin rules to better imitate Accordion
