jira VULN-158428 cve CVE-2023-53673 commit-author Pauli Virtanen <pav@iki.fi> commit 7f7cfcb In hci_cs_disconnect, we do hci_conn_del even if disconnection failed. ISO, L2CAP and SCO connections refer to the hci_conn without hci_conn_get, so disconn_cfm must be called so they can clean up their conn, otherwise use-after-free occurs. jira VULN-168877 cve CVE-2023-53833 commit-author Stanislav Lisovskiy <stanislav.lisovskiy@intel.com> commit a41d985 intel_atomic_get_new_crtc_state can return NULL, unless crtc state wasn't obtained previously with intel_atomic_get_crtc_state, so we must check it for NULLness here, just as in many other places, where we can't guarantee that intel_atomic_get_crtc_state was called. We are currently getting NULL ptr deref because of that, so this fix was confirmed to help. jira VULN-161233 cve CVE-2025-40304 commit-author Albin Babu Varghese <albinbabuvarghese20@gmail.com> commit 3637d34 Add bounds checking to prevent writes past framebuffer boundaries when rendering text near screen edges. Return early if the Y position is off-screen and clip image height to screen boundary. Break from the rendering loop if the X position is off-screen. When clipping image width to fit the screen, update the character count to match the clipped width to prevent buffer size mismatches. Without the character count update, bit_putcs_aligned and bit_putcs_unaligned receive mismatched parameters where the buffer is allocated for the clipped width but cnt reflects the original larger count, causing out-of-bounds writes.
