feat(redis): Add prefix key to RedisAdapter

Add option to set a Redis prefix for keys, this allow multiple apps to use same redis endpoint

Motivation and Context

In my case I have multiple app connected to a single Redis node on AWS, this prevent conflict in key names

How Has This Been Tested?

Ensure all keys has defined prefix
