After some testing, this solved the problems I had, referenced in the issue. An alternative solution would be to fully uninitialize any resources used. However, the current solution should be considerably faster than the alternative. |

I'm surprised that it works really slow now. I just discovered that it initiate espeak-ng every call to phonemize()! |
