Bootstrap a basic archlinux docker container. This container uses https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yannayl/arch-bootstrap/master/arch-bootstrap.sh to bootstrap basic archlinux system. After that it just cleans up caches and non popular config files. As a result, the container is very clean. However, advices needed.
