Replace bolt/chat icons on the mode selection cards with UiPath-style robot SVGs. Show a dashed placeholder illustration when the graph schema is unavailable (API error or empty response) instead of a blank canvas. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
