In order to use the "Permanentely erase files" option you need to put inside the folder with .exe the SDelete program downloadable form here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/sdelete
Folder example is what you have to do in the same folder to let the program works correctly. I don't take any responsibility about damages or permanently loss of your data.
