Welcome to RentShark! In order to use this program, please downloead the zip file and extract it onto your desktop. Once this is done, run the "main.exe" application and enter in the correct username and password. If done correctly, you will now be able to select from one of the following options: Home Page, Tenant Management, Rent Management, Expense Management, and Annual Report.
