feat: Support standalone nodes in BHE - BED-7577

Once SpecterOps/BloodHound#2470 and https://github.com/SpecterOps/bloodhound-enterprise/pull/1097 are merged, BloodHound Enterprise will no longer delete disconnected nodes automatically. They will instead be reconciled according to normal age-out reconciliation processes.

This PR can be retargeted to the v8.9.0 branch, once created.
