This ancient bug used to plague my classic Alien Swarm server, and I fixed recently.
This PR is a port of the fix on ASRD, if you guys are interested as well.
(Brief bug description: Dedicated server launches, players connect, everything is smooth, players disconnect, server idles on lobby, a new player joins, server crashes upon player stats fetching).
Obviously after the potential merge, you need to test it, but I believe it will work without any issues.
Also, fixed some valve copyright symbols in the header comment section of various files that somehow over the years must have been replaced with ? placeholders.
