- Atualiza o arquivo workflow_testing.yaml para incluir a branch 'dev' nas configurações de pull request, permitindo a execução de testes também para essa branch.
- Cria um módulo de configuração falso para evitar leitura de variáveis de ambiente durante os testes. - Implementa um fixture que mocka a integração com o serviço de registro na Solana, evitando chamadas HTTP reais e permitindo a validação do fluxo de testes.
