Instead of relying on variables from a PR using commit hashes that will no longer exist after the merge is complete, trigger off pushes to master and compare
HEAD~1andHEADwhich will always be the latest commit.I have already turned off all merge types except for squash merges in this repo so that a rebase merge can't "miss" a commit that did the ServiceControl/ServicePulse update.
