Summary

  • Renames the project-local symlinks folder from .luca/active/ to .luca/tools/ for consistency with the global tools folder at ~/.luca/tools/
  • Updates Constants.activeFolder from "active" to "tools" — all Swift code paths update automatically via this constant
  • Updates all DocC comments, documentation articles, test expected strings, README, and AGENTS.md

Test plan

  • swift build passes
  • swift test passes (154 tests)
  • No remaining .luca/active references in the codebase
