This is designed to be a slightly more generally applicable approach to 'is_eiger' or 'is_pilatus', given that we now have the Jungfrau detector which isn't an Eiger, but should be handled as one for processing purposes.

Also, remove the I24 serial pilatus rules, now the pilatus detector is gone.
