The setting visible when designating a single-layer staircase in
gui/designwas being set, but was left unused when determining the tiletype to use. These changes correct this behavior and uses the setting whilst constructing single-layer staircases.The additional issue of overlapping keybinds is also resolved by changing the Diagonal shape's reverse keybind to
R, and bottom stair type of multi-level staircases tog.Fixes DFHack/dfhack#5549
