In Onboarding, people aren't used to this kind of feedback, and don't know so much about the PR templates. Let's give them more specific guidance to get to know what they're doing, but then make that guidance more vague later in the course so that they get used to thinking for themselves more. I will follow this up with a change to the Actions tempalte to add a param to set this flag, and enable it in Onboarding.
