Request for shortened code

I looked over the revised code, and found several spots that can be optimized.
For example, in your win-checking area, I used several for loops to make it shorter.

Great idea. Unfortunately, I lost functionality with my last revision. The AI is not anticipating user win. It is probably formatting and it translated to your TicTacToe2. I plan on fixing functionality, adding some loops, cleaning up and commenting. After I update master, @thecodingchicken feel free to send pull request.

Check out the revised version that I have in the first post. It uses a function, which I commented about
