Better Mastodon integration

We can use https://sampsyo.github.io/emfed/ to have more control on the integration of the mastodon feed.

Something I noticed in our Mastodon integration is that some links

• do open a new tab/page (see "red" in the image below)
• others do not open a new page/tab and instead open it in the same tab (see "green" in image below )

Not sure if we can influence it.

So the difference from Mastodon point of view:

• The green ones are pages within Mastodon and the red one is an external link.
• Assuming most users are on a smartphone, this makes sense since the external links are opened with a browser.

We cannot influence iframes but if we decide to with self-hosting the integration, we can do that.
