Don't focus input on desktop #20
Description
For all the same reasons as #2. The screen keeps jumping unexpectedly and I lose my place when reading.
As a point of general advice, scrolling is how people control what they're looking at on a site. Taking away that control is frustrating to say the least. I'm frankly surprised to see it on a site that isn't trying to sell me something. I recommend never adjusting the scroll state outside of page-load or button-press, on any platform.
