Package not available + Fails to install #1
Description
There is no release that can be installed with composer require shopware/development-bundle as the readme suggest.
If you clone the repo to custom/plugins the plugin:refresh command results in this:
Errors occurred while refreshing plugin list
[ERROR] The file "/var/www/html/custom/plugins/DevelopmentBundle/composer.json" is invalid. Errors:

Tested on Shopware 6.7.1.2
