Python 3.13.12 is available, but missing on website (windows downloads).
www.python.org/downloads/windows

For other platforms it seems fine (e.g. MacOS, Source, etc).

I'm able to download it here, as expected.

Please add missing Link.

I checked the current Windows document documentation (Doc/using/Windows.rst) and the install information for Python 3.13.x appears to be present now. If there`s a specific page or link that still needs updating, please let me know
