The +n tag feature does not disapear on hover when you're quick enough #5359
Description
Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug
Zen Browser, btw.
When I hover the +n (+2, +4 or whatever) cards on project and I pull my mouse way quickly, the popup stays.

Steps to reproduce
- Hove the +n thing on project cards.
- Swipe your mouse away as quick as possible.
Note: It does take a few tries and I am unsure if the direction to pull away to matters.
Expected behavior
The popup should disappear shortly after, like it does normally.
