2. server.json exists in the repo root with correct format
3. ~20 hours elapsed, still 404 on direct endpoint and no results in search

Is this a propagation delay or a failed submission? Any way to verify the submission was received?

Update: Successfully republished as v1.2.0 (bumped version to force new submission). GHCR image ghcr.io/rplryan/x402-discovery-mcp:1.2.0 is publicly accessible (verified via anonymous pull). mcp-publisher validate passes and mcp-publisher publish returned success.

Still not appearing in registry search or via direct endpoint. Any guidance on the review/propagation timeline would be appreciated.
