Describe the bug

I don't use git, I use another version control system. Rewind is an essential feature - please allow me to use it. In the vscode of copilot, it works without the need for git.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.406.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. jj git init --no-colocate
2. copilot
3. Press escape twice.

Expected behavior

Rewinding should work, or should describe some setting that enables it to work.
