Text Block - converting to Icon List causes text to disappear

Describe the bug
The text disappears completely after converting Text Blocks into an Icon List and no icons are displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a page
2. Add three Text Blocks
3. Transform to Icon List
4. See error (text disappears)

Expected behavior
The text from the Text Blocks should remain visible and the Icon List should display correctly with the text and corresponding icons.
