Add pmd to the eclipse in the docker image #287
Description
ATM eclipse comes from zips at the artifact repo. One is for /oprt/eclipse , the other is for the home.
It would be nice to automate eclipse installation somehow, but found no real way for it.
There are two pmd plugins on the marketplace. The one with the more upstream author is needed.
