HTTP Archive: Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)

Let's kick off our first stat pull from the HTTP Archive by retrieving LCP for the frameworks we are currently tracking.

@anniesullie has provided a great list of resources in our Discord channel but I have kept a log here: #46

The data pulled from here should be placed in its own section in the docs under Run Time Performance. We will still have lab controlled tests so it would be good to be clear about the difference.
