Include a R package building and shipping the binary

Hi all,

Thanks for this great package ! 
My request is to add a folder Rpkg with a boostrap.R file and copy the sources and build the binary and some "system2" wrappers around the binary.
The idea is to use the package for preprocessor use in other R packages at build time
If this idea is of interest, i can submit a pull request
