Another Kafka setting we should probably care about and probably mdx-writer needs this as well... not about the others. -e JAVA_OPTS=' -Xmx6g -Xms4g -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseCGroupMemoryLimitForHeap' I will suss it out a bit but probably needed before load testing. Fauerbach did some research and "java won't use more than like 3.4gb unless you give it the -XX options
it was in one of those articles. It seems oracle added those flags basically specifically for docker"
they might already do this. But something that came up in keymaster and thought I would share.
