Add support for custom `outDir`

Hello Chris,

After I ran pnpm dlx @park-ui/cli init to generate the Park UI design system, I noticed that it output to the default styled-system folder, but in my panda.config.ts, I customized outdir to something different.

I see that components.json does reference panda's config file, so I wonder if you could use the custom outdir for the init script?

Hitting the same problem today. It generates imports like import { styled } from 'styled-system/jsx' and I'm not sure how that's ever supposed to work except if I manually define aliases in tsconfig.json/compilerOptions/paths (which doesn't work in a monorepo with tsconfig inheritance anyway, since there's no way to override these in the inheriting tsconfig file)
