Zotero Maintenance #529

Creating an issue here because it's the most applicable repo I could think of, and I figured this wouldn't get buried as fast as a slack message.

It's not a very glamorous job (and admittedly, it's pretty tedious) but if you have free time, the group Zotero needs some pretty significant maintenance. There are still some duplicate items that need to be edited so they can be merged, and there are a number of entries without titles or authors. We've fixed a lot of this already (thank you Liam for the auto-merge), but there are many items left.

We should probably go through the items without proper meta data first - that way, if they are also duplicates, they will get organized with their brethren. Zotero can automatically figure out basic metadata for some of these (the option is under the right click menu). If you go to the 'duplicate items' tab in Zotero, there are a bunch of duplicate items listed. The problem is, they can't be auto-merged because they aren't the same type (for example, version 1 is listed as a document, but version 2 is listed as a web page). For each item, you have to go back and search for it, then edit its entry in the main arfc library tab. Also, make sure your Zotero is upgraded to the most recent version (version 8 ) as that was causing issues the other day.

I'm assigning myself to this, and anyone else that has a chance to chip in should, too.
